During their final year of study, students may pursue a self-directed research and design thesis.

泰勒艺术与建筑学院 offers three tracks for the 建筑学硕士 degree. 学生报名参加一个-, two- or three-year program depending on their educational background upon entry to the degree. All applicants apply directly to the program and are placed in the appropriate track based on a thorough review of all application materials. 

• 的 +1 undergraduate/graduate accelerated track enables eligible students to complete the 60-credit MArch degree within 15 months after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architecture pre-professional degree from Tyler. 

• 的 two-year track (4+2) is a 60-credit degree program open to students who have completed a pre-professional degree in architecture, either the Tyler Architecture BS program or a course-equivalent program. 

• 的 three-year track is a curriculum of up to 90 credits open to any student who has completed a bachelor’s degree but does not have a pre-professional degree in architecture. 的 first year of this program provides a rigorous introduction to 建筑 design that consists of up to 30 credits of pre-professional studies, 包括建筑技术课程, 设计工作室, 还有历史和理论研讨会.

Students in the program will understand the relationship between health management and health facilities. 的 required workshop course gives students the opportunity to work together in a classroom setting on academic projects that are best addressed through interdisciplinary collaborative work.
